Volunteer roles still available for September

The 7th Deep RiverRock Belfast City Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 22nd September 2019, with record numbers of over 5,000 expected this year.

Éimear Degan, Volunteer Coordinator is very passionate about the event and why volunteers are crucial to its success.

“This is my sixth event with the Belfast City Marathon events team and every year what I look forward to the most is working with our dedicated team of volunteers!

The buzz and excitement at our events in indescribable.  There are few ways to have so much fun while contributing so much to your community.

Our event relies heavily upon volunteers to ensure it runs smoothly, and we have 13.1 miles worth of volunteer opportunities available to suit all!

Are you passionate about community and wellbeing?  Please get in touch to see how you can get involved to help us deliver the biggest Half Marathon event in Northern Ireland.  I’m looking forward to welcoming new volunteers to our team!”
