Get training with our Pacers!

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to get in that extra training!

We are pleased to announce that our Pacer Nights will be taking place at the Mary Peter’s Track again this year on the following dates; 

Wednesday 15th March 2017

6pm – Johnny Davis (Seminar) Two time Olympian & Commonwealth Games champion, Johnny will be sharing his top training to help you prepare for Marathon day, whether it’s the full marathon or relay event.

6.30pm – Pacer Interval Training Session

7.30pm – Fundraise for Mencap (Presentation)

7.45pm – Bridgeen Rea (Seminar) Mindfulness coach, Bridgeen will be sharing a series of simple meditation & relaxation exercises to help prepare for race day.

8.10pm – Jane McClenaghan (Seminar), Nutritionist, Jane will be sharing simple ideas to help in the run up to race day.


Wednesday 5th April 2017

All Pacer Nights will start at 6.30pm and run to 7:30pm - The pacer group timings are; 3 hours, 3 hours 15 minutes, 3 hours 30 minutes, 3 hours 45 minutes, 4 hours, 4 hours and 15 minutes and 4 hours and 30 minutes.


There will also be Long Runs taking place at Ormeau Park at 9am on the following dates;

Saturday 25th March 2017

Saturday 15th April 2017
