With less than 8 weeks to go the excitement is building as Belfast gets ready to host the Women’s Rugby World Cup, 2017.
Queens PEC and the Kingspan stadium are the chosen venues for the finals and semifinals of this prestigious tournament that starts in Dublin before travelling to Belfast. With teams from 12 countries competing in the city and games being broadcast on RTE and UTV this event offers an opportunity to put Belfast firmly on the map as a sport and leisure destination.
Finals day will be held on Saturday 26 August 2017 and semi-finals day on 22 August with the hosts, Ireland, guaranteed to play in front of home supporters on both days.
Finals day will feature three games, including the final, the third/fourth-place play-off and one ranking game, with prices starting from just £10 for children, £15 for adults and £45 for families (two adults and two children).
Semi-finals day will also consist of three games with tickets priced at £7 for children, £12 for adults and £36 for families. Some tickets are still available via www.ticketmaster.co.uk
