Break the record and gain an EXTRA 250
A bonus of £250 will be awarded to both the male and female athlete if they break these records on top of their 1st prize of £500.
The 3rd ASICS Belfast City Half Marathon will be held on Sunday 20th September 2015 starting at 9am in Ormeau Park.
Event Manager, Claire O’Reilly highlighted;
“We are delighted to offer this incentive to all local runners in a bid to reach new record times. The ASICS Belfast City Marathon has proven very popular since its induction in 2013 so we are hoping to reach 4,000+ registered runners on Race Day in 2015.
We have a new course which will start and finish in Ormeau Park, which will see all participants pass many of the city’s famous landmarks including Belfast City Hall, Albert Clock, Harland and Wolff and the creative murals on the Falls Road.”

Marie Curie is this year’s official charity and is Northern Ireland’s leading provider of palliative care services to people and families living with a terminal illness.
The charity provides specialist nursing care free of charge in a person’s home, local communities and at its Belfast Hospice. By fundraising for Marie Curie you will be helping to ensure these vital services can continue. Every little count…for example £20 will play for an hour of nursing time, while £180 will provide nursing cover in someone’s home overnight.
So please decide to raise money for this very worthwhile charity. For more information please contact Marie Curie on T: 0845 052 4184 or by email: email@example.com
The Official Nominated Charity for the event is Marie Curie.
