With a 12-8 week lead in time, February is the designated health month for the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon, where the team and sponsors are on hand to help you in your preparation, whether it is in the Marathon, Fun Run, Relay or Walk.

Taking to the streets, the organisers and sponsors of the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon will be at key locations throughout the province during the month of February to provide their expertise on hydration, pre and post marathon foods and training guidelines to name but a few.

Therefore, to celebrate the 36th year of the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon, the organisers are urging all those who have not yet entered to do so at one of the many health month days (to view these locations visit http://www.belfastcitymarathon.com/news/Get-Healthy-for-February-with-the-Deep-RiverRock-Belfast-City-Marathon). Simply turn up at the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon stand and sign up for either the Marathon, Walk, Fun Run or Relay to avail of a 10% discount on your entry.

Wait there is more! Why not bring a friend! Sign up on one of these days for the Marathon, Fun Run or Walk and your friend will receive their entry for half the price.

So what are you waiting for – get together, start training and join over 16,000 others at the starting line of the 36th Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon which takes place on Bank Holiday Monday 1st May 2017
