Training Tuesday Update from Stuart Kennedy 8 January

#TrainingTuesday update from Stuart Kennedy, the Official Marathon Coach for the 2019 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon “Experiment 26.2 Group”.

As you will all have found out by now sometimes it’s hard to lace your running shoes up & get out the front door.  Each time you feel like this remember you have set yourself a personal challenge to cross the finish line of the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon.  Every run you tick off from your schedule is one run closer to the finish line on Marathon Sunday.
