Training Tuesday Update from Stuart Kennedy 16 April

Well everyone it has’s Taper time!


Hope most of you had a good last LSR on Sunday.


It’s not the end of the world if you didn’t, you have built up your endurance from all your runs over the past few months not just your long runs. If anyone missed their long run and feel they need a confidence boost, you could do a run from 15 miles to 18 miles up until Wednesday but no later than that.


Make sure you all take care of yourselves over the next few weeks, the miles are in the bank you just need to stay healthy. The most important thing now is to get to the start line. Reduce your miles but keep your training pace the same you want to keep your legs turning over at your usual pace. Any questions please just ask.
