Stuart Kennedy, our Official Marathon Coach for the 2019 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon Experiment 26.2 Group...provides his Training Tuesday tips.

December is a busy time for everyone but it's important that you make time for yourself & your marathon preparation.  If you can get a minimum of 3 runs a week done with one longer run, you will have a good base to start your New Year.
