The Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon “Experiment 26.2 Group” will be trying out a Better yoga class this evening at Better Olympia Leisure Centre and Spa to support their marathon training.  Here’s why it is so important and beneficial to include in YOUR 26.2 mile training plan:
