UPDATE FROM MyTicket with regards to registering with our new App.  

MyTicket can confirm that those people having issues with the verification code have now been auto verified.  Which means that all these users having issues can now log in. 

If they are having issues with their password they should use the password reset feature and check their spam folder for the reset confirmation code in their email.

Earlier notice:

Upon downloading our new MyTicket App and setting up your username and password, you will receive a verification code.

We've received some reports of folk not receiving this but it is in fact going into their junk mail.

This not affecting everyone and seems to be only affecting a small number of people. 

The MyTicket team is working on this as we speak but in the meantime please check your junk mail. 

Our developers will monitor any problems over the next number of days to fix bugs and initial start up problems for us.
