Pacer Training 2019

NIGHT AT THE RACES - Tuesday 12th FEBRUARY 2019 


Join our Pacers for a speed interval training session at the Mary Peters Track on Tuesday 12th February 2019 from 6.30pm.


**LIMITED SPACES are available for this event and they must be booked with us!**


There’ll be 2 sessions including warm-up / intervals / cool down:

**6.30pm – 7.30pm: Marathon pacing times: 3 hours, 3 hours 15, 3 hours 30 and 3 hours 45

**7.30pm – 8.30pm: Marathon pacing times: 4 hours, 4 hours 15 and 4 hours 30

We’ll have 3 groups training over the course of the evening, with a maximum of 20 spaces allocated per group.


To book your place, email your name and timing group to before Friday 8th February.


It's first come first served so sign up now to avoid disappointment!



There may also be a Long Session Run opportunity March/April, dates and times to be confirmed.
