MY ASICS is a free online service that helps you achieve your running goals. It allows you to set up individual training schedules to cover distances from 5k and 10k to half marathon and marathon distances.

In addition to the individual planning, you can also log your runs, find useful information and communicate and share your progress with other runners via the MY ASICS Facebook app; a timeline filled with support and advice that will keep you motivated every step of the way to your goal.

Training Programs - Tailored to your need

At the heart of MY ASICS is a suite of training programs that you can fully customise to meet your needs. MY ASICS currently offers plans for marathon, half marathon, 10km and 5km distances.


Each plan consists of a number of phases working towards your goal. And each phase contains a mix of different training types, such as jogging, interval and race-pace running. Rest is also an integral part of the training plans. The training plans have been developed by the ASICS Institute of Sport Science in Kobe, Japan.

A great way to keep track of how you improve as a runner is to keep a running logbook. MY ASICS offers an intuitive logging tool that integrates with your training plan. This way you can keep a detailed history of your running, and analyse your own performance. In your logbook you can also:


- Create and save your favourite running routes.
- Set email notifications to remind you to log your runs.
- Log more details about your diet, injuries and other sports activities.

The more you use MY ASICS, and the more runs you log, the better you will be able to analyse your own running performance. MY ASICS offers insightful graphs to analyse every aspect of your running, including distance, pace and time for each of your routes and training types.
