The competitor, who will be of the stipulated age on 20th September 2020, acknowledges that he/she will be participating entirely at his/her own risk and to the extent permitted by the Unfair Contract terms Act 1977. The Belfast City Marathon Committee will not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of the Committee, its members, employees or agents or from any other cause including an act of God or the physical condition of the competitor. Entries are non-refundable.
Marathon entrants must be over 17 years of age.
When you register for the Belfast City Half Marathon, this includes Official Event Photography and Videography on the day of the race. Official Event Photography and Videography will be used to promote forthcoming Belfast City Marathon and Half Marathon events through advertising, PR to local and national media outlets, our social media platforms and our website. By registering for the Belfast City Half Marathon, as part of our service agreement with you, your Official Race results will be displayed publicly on our website results section after the event. Your results will also be published on the Belfast Live website on the evening of the race and also in the Daily Mirror Official Race Supplement one day after the race.
