2011 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon
Belfast will host this year's event on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May. Over 20,000 runners are expected to hit the streets of North, South, East and West of the City.
The event has grown with the inclusion of new sponsors which now include Deep RiverRock, Belfast City Council, Sport Northern Ireland, Daily Mirror, Charles Hurst Renault, Athletics Northern Ireland, Premier Inn Hotel, Translink, Asics, Up and Running and U105.
The official nominated charities for this year are Macmillan Cancer Support and Transplant Sport UK.

Final cut-off point for entries will be Friday 16th April 2011.
The organisers have included a £2,000 bonus to the first male and female athletes to break the records set by Marty Deane in 1985 and Marashet Jumma in 2008.
The route will remain the same as the 2010 event; starting at the City Hall and finishing at Ormeau Park.
