Pumpkin, Sunflower Seed & Date Protein Pow Bars

Prep/Cooking Time: 15 (plus setting time) min

Ingredients

50g Whey Protein Mix
30g Linwoods pumpkin and sunflower seed mix
25g date syrup
15g pumpkin seed butter
20ml almond milk
20g 85% dark chocolate

Method

  1. Chuck all your ingredients in a bowl, barring the dark chocolate. Mix everything with a spoon until you get a dough and then, using your hands, shape this dough into either 4 bars or 6 truffles!
  2. Melt your dark chocolate and dunk the bars (or truffles) in there before placing the lot on a plate or tray lined with aluminium foil for a couple of hours. Done!
