Half Marathon Pacers Evening

Training Session at the Mary Peters Track will commence at 6.30pm sharp on Wednesday 24th August 2016  
Half Marathon Pacers Evening

-          All groups (1:30, 1:45, 2:00 & 2:15) will take place at the same time

-          The session should last 45 minutes (warm-up/intervals/cool down)

-          There will be a maximum of 20 spaces allocated per group

 

Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and must be booked by Friday 12th August.
