8 Tbsp. Oats

4 eggs

2 Tbsp. Linwoods Chia seeds

2 scoops of vanilla whey

A splash of milk

1 Tbsp. Honey



  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Fry in a little coconut oil in a pan until both sides are brown.

  3. Serve with a little honey, yoghurt or fruit and enjoy!
