NIGHT AT THE RACES - 28TH FEBRUARY 2018
Join our Pacers for a one off speed interval training session at the Mary Peters Track on Wednesday 28th February 2018 from 6.30pm.
**LIMITED SPACES are available for this event and they must be booked with us!**
There’ll be 2 sessions including warm-up / intervals / cool down:
**6.30pm – 7.30pm: Marathon pacing times: 3 hours, 3 hours 15, 3 hours 30 and 3 hours 45
**7.30pm – 8.30pm: Marathon pacing times: 4 hours, 4 hours 15 and 4 hours 30
We’ll have 3 groups training over the course of the evening, with a maximum of 20 spaces allocated per group.

LONG SESSION RUNS - APRIL
There will also be Long Session Runs taking place at Ormeau Park in April, dates and times to be confirmed.
